At HMBN Aluminium & Glass Wholesalers Ltd., we are committed to providing high-quality aluminium and glass products. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products:

• Custom-made, cut-to-size, or specially ordered items are NOT eligible for return or refund.

• Standard products may be returned only if defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos and invoice details

• Do not install or alter the product before inspection

Once verified, we will:

• Replace the product or

• Issue a refund (at our discretion)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom-cut aluminium or glass

• Special orders

• Products damaged due to incorrect handling or installation

• Items returned without original condition or packaging

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be:

• Processed using the original payment method

• Completed within 7–14 business days

5. Shipping & Handling

• Customers are responsible for return transport unless the issue is due to our error

• Delivery charges are non-refundable
